This page tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about booking before you book. If information is not read, you can result into getting an appointment cancelled or a longevity ban from booking with me. PLEASE read the policy/rules to its entirety! 

Please Read...

01.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A CANCELLATION EMAIL IF...

- If you choose to pay your deposit offline, please be sure to send DIRECTLY after booking your appointment. Failure to do so will resort in cancellation. Please be sure to book when ready only.

- At checkout, you choose to bypass stating whether or not you need your hair for your service provided and/or if you need a wash. Please be aware that if you do not state these things in the box, it can hurt you in the end as it will result into cancellation.

- Using any other alias names instead of your government name will resort into the cancellation of your appointment. Please be sure you are booking with your
FIRST & LAST name only.

Failure to submit full proof of identity such as (School Card, Government-Issued ID, and/or Driver's License). I am a home-based stylist and would like to know who I am servicing prior to the arrival at my home. Please know that for any reason it is filled out, your appointment will be cancelled.

WHEN PAYING YOUR
DEPOSIT...

- All FIRST TIME customers MUST pay deposits via the website. If for any reason you have trouble, please reach out with the number provided (804-429-1429) for more available options.

- All
RECURRING clients/ customers MUST pay deposits directly through CASH APP, APPLE PAY (+$2 transaction fee) & ZELLE with no extra fees. 
Cash App: $Csmplifestyle +$2 FEE
Apple Pay; Please contact for # +$2 FEE
Zelle: Csmplifestyle@yahoo.com NO FEE

- When or if the deposit has been sent, you will receive an updated invoice with your remaining balance, which can ONLY be paid in e-cash
(Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle). If bringing cash to your appointment, you will be asked to send your payment electronically with no exceptions.

- If there are any issues on your end after deposit payment is made, please know that after 24 hours it is
NON-REFUNDABLE.

THERE WILL BE ...

YOU AREN'T REQUIRED TO ...

- NO REFUNDS! If for any reason you do not like the way your service has been completed, please stress your issues & be vocal in the chair and not after leaving the chair.

NO FREE TOUCH UPS OR CHANGES AFTER 48 HOURS! Anything after the 48 hour (2 days) mark you are to book for a consultation and a touch up service. I am not responsible for damages, or adjustments after 48 hours.

-
NO STYLE CHANGES MORE THAN ONCE! If you have reached out to change the service you have booked once, you are not able to switch for the second time. You are to book another slot for the service you prefer. Deposit will transfer over with no additonal fees.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ...

- I DO NOT RUSH MY WORK! If for any reason you feel like your schedule may not align with the date you are most interested in, please book for a date you are not busy. It will reduce both yours and my anxiety. I care about how you leave my chair, so book the most available date you have.

All services have set times, in which you can notify all rides of prior to your appointment. Depending on size, shape of head most appointments can be extended up to 3 additional hours depending on style, style and length.

I do not take ROLL-OVER appointments for any reason! All services are to be completed in the day you have booked for. If booking for any small service or service with longer length, you are required to book a slot for no later than 6a.m.. If the style exceeds the normal 13 hr. duration, you will have to book for a Friday or Saturday slot @6a.m..

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL GUEST, including parents, friends or children. If you are suspicious of booking, please book where you’re most comfortable!

ARE BUNDLES ON HAND?

- Bundles are currently not on hand. If looking to book with hair provided with your weaving services, bundle lengths 20",  20" , 20" are provided in body wave texture, but if you'd like longer lengths, please be sure to name the TEXTURE, LENGTH(s), and CLOSURE size (if getting) in the description box on your booking form. Please know that booking with hair provided will be an upcharge from the original service pricing.

- In terms of coloring, that service is not offered as of now. However, that is not stopping you from receiving the service with color. If you prefer highlights, it can be done with a simple blonde bundle. If brought, it can be installed to your liking.

- If interested in purchasing your own hair and providing it for your desired service,
please be sure to wash bundles if previously worn and THOROUGHLY dry your hair as it can mildew and carry an odor if not done properly.

- Come washed. You can receive he luxury of having your hair washed or come washed. It's strictly up to you. However, if choosing to come washed, PLEASE WASH HAIR A DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! Free of all oils, dirt, and build up.

- Be completely on time. All clients/ customers are not required to be completely on time. There is a
30 minute grace period, which means if your appointment is booked for 8:00a.m., your initial start time is 8:30a.m.. IF LATE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER YOUR GRACE PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $15 FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES YOU ARE LATE! NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Bring any other items unless you prefer to.
If you are providing your own hair for braid services, there will be a fee of $85 if you do not bring your hair 2-3 days before your appointment between the hours of 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.. If choosing to have the braiding hair provided, hair information can be found under the service tab of the service. Failure to bring the wrong hair will be an upcharge of $30. If that option does not work for you, pick-up is available. If interested in 

 

06.

SQUEEZE INS/ OFF-DAYS

- You can be squeezed in on any day of the week that may exceed the normal 1-2 client/ customer per day limit. Squeeze-In appointments are also known as last minute appointments, so in terms of last minute events or issues you can pay the fee of $50, which you will pay upfront as a deposit for the time slot.

Business Hours are from 6a.m. to 3p.m. Monday-Thursday + Saturday. Off Days are Friday & Sundays from 6a.m. to 3p.m. and require an $80 fee on top of your service. If you are wishing to book for an Off Day, you have to reach out via business number as the slot will not show as available on the website.
IF LOOKING TO BOOK FOR SERVICES AFTER 3P.M., PLEASE KNOW THAT SELECT STYLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $100

- Please know that hair CAN NOT be provided for squeeze-in or same day appointments. You are responsible for providing your own hair as it is last minute.

HOW DO I BOOK?
WHAT DAYS ARE AVAILABLE?

- Slots are available 5 days out of the week: Mon.- Thurs. and Saturday. To set up your appointment outside of business days or hours, please view SECTION 6 for more details.

- Booking can take place at
ANY time of the day, but can NOT be booked 2 weeks in advance or the day before unless contacting directly or we have previously spoken.
